Statement Savings Account

The Statement savings account is ideal for young and old, alike.  Your hard-earned savings and the interest earned are then mailed quarterly in statement form which you keep with your financial records. You also can have access to your account anytime with an ATM card.  There is a $25.00 minimum balance to open the account.  When you maintain a balance of $100.00 you can avoid any service charges. Senior citizens 62 years of age or older, minors age 18 or younger, or full-time students up to the age 24, or Mortgage Advantage Plan do not have to maintain a balance and still avoid a service fee.  Please contact us for current rate information and/or to request a Truth-in-Savings disclosure for more details.

Cardinal Kid's Club Account

Children ages 0 to 12 are welcome to become members for the Cardinal Kid's Club.  With a $25.00 opening deposit each child receives their own piggy bank.  When the account reaches an increment of $25.00 they can choose a prize out of our treasure chest (i.e. when the account reaches $50.00 they may choose a prize.  When the account goes over $75.00 they may choose another prize).  Kids will also receive a quarterly newsletter, a card on their birthday, and can be a part of special events throughout the year.

ATM Cards  

When you are on the go and need cash, access your savings account with our ATM card.  Fast, easy cash available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.   These cards are subject to bank approval. Christmas Club Savings  

Plan ahead for year-end expenses and the always fast approaching holidays with a Christmas Club account at The Necedah Bank.  No minimum balance and in October of each year we will send you a check for the balance plus interest.

Certificates of Deposit are an excellent and safe way to earn a guaranteed rate of interest on your money. You can choose from different terms and rates that best serve your needs. Interest can be paid by check, deposited to another account at The Necedah Bank, or added on to give you the compounding effect.
